Mandlipood.ee Service Terms

  1. These terms of use apply to the purchase of goods and services between the buyer (hereinafter Consumer) and the service provider Wellnuts OÜ, registry code 16365643 (hereinafter Mandlipood.ee) from the Mandlipood.ee online store.

  2. In addition to these service terms, the legal relations arising from purchasing products from the Mandlipood.ee online store are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, including the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS), and other legislative acts.

  3. Mandlipood.ee reserves the right to make changes to the sales conditions, which will be announced via the website.

Price Information

  1. All prices in the Mandlipood.ee online store are in euros and include VAT.

  2. The price of purchases will be increased by the cost of transport according to the delivery method chosen by the Consumer.

  3. Mandlipood.ee has the right to make changes to the sales prices, but these changes must be reflected in the Mandlipood.ee online store.

  4. If an order is placed before the change in sales conditions or prices, the conditions valid at the time of the order will apply.

Ordering

  1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart and click on “place order” in the shopping cart to proceed with the order.

  2. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment occurs outside the Online Store in a secure environment – for bank link payments, within the secure environment of the respective bank, and for credit card payments, within the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card information. The contract becomes effective from the moment the sum due is received in the Online Store's settlement account. The owner of the Online Store is the responsible processor of personal data and transmits the necessary personal data for executing payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

  3. On the order form page, fill in the required fields, choose a suitable delivery method, and click on “Make Purchase”. You will then be directed to the bank to pay the invoice.

  4. Orders placed in the Mandlipood.ee online store are fulfilled on working days (Mon-Fri) from 9.00 to 17.00.

Payment

  1. Under the sales contract, Mandlipood.ee undertakes to transfer to the Consumer the goods available or to be acquired by Mandlipood.ee in the future and to facilitate the transfer of ownership to the Consumer. The Consumer undertakes to pay Mandlipood.ee the amount shown on the invoice for the goods and to accept the goods.

  2. The sales contract becomes effective after the payment made by the Consumer has been received into the Mandlipood.ee bank account.

  3. Orders not paid for will be cancelled 48 hours after the order has been placed.

Delivery

  1. After the sales contract becomes effective, Mandlipood.ee will prepare the order and hand it over to the company's logistics partner for delivery.

  2. The order can be received via SmartPOST or Omniva.

  3. The standard delivery time for goods is 2-7 business days. Maximum delivery time up to 14 business days.

  4. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the item being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid money (including the cost of delivery) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the sending of the notification.

Return Policy

  1. If the product is of poor quality, the buyer must notify the e-store's customer service of quality defects within 48 (forty-eight) hours. The e-store must be notified of the purchased poor-quality goods via email at info@mandlipood.ee.

  2. The seller will take back the poor-quality product at its own expense and replace it with a product of proper quality or refund the money paid for the poor-quality product. The product residue must not be less than 95%.

  3. If the buyer wishes to get a refund for the returned poor-quality goods, they must send a refund request by email to info@mandlipood.ee. The refund request must include: their name and surname, order number, the name and exact quantity of the poor-quality product, and the reason for the return. The refund will be made to the bank account from which the purchase was made, or to the bank account specified in the buyer's refund request. The refund will be made within 5 (five) working days after receiving the buyer's written (by email) request and the poor-quality goods sent back to the seller.

  4. Goods must be returned in their original packaging along with the goods' documents. Before returning the goods, the buyer must contact the seller by email at info@mandlipood.ee.

  5. The buyer is responsible for the proper completeness and packaging of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete and/or properly packaged, the seller will not accept the returned goods.

  6. In all cases of returns, the buyer must first contact the seller using the contact details provided and only after receiving the relevant information from customer service, proceed with the return using the courier ordered by the seller.

Force Majeure

  1. Mandlipood.ee is not liable for any damages caused to the Consumer or for delays in the delivery of goods if the damage or delay in delivery of goods is due to circumstances that Mandlipood.ee could not influence or foresee.

Liability

  1. The Consumer must use the Mandlipood.ee online store only for purposes that are legal and in accordance with good practices, and the Consumer is responsible for the equipment, software, and data communication systems necessary for the use of the Mandlipood.ee online store.

Data Protection Terms Personal Data and Its Use

  1. Customer's personal data is processed only in accordance with the personal data protection law.

  2. The data controller is Wellnuts OÜ.

  3. When ordering goods from the Mandlipood.ee online store, we ask the customer for information regarding their name, address, email, and phone number. This information is used to fulfill orders. We also become aware of the bank account number from which payment was made. Mandlipood.ee can use this bank account number for refunds.

  4. Mandlipood.ee passes on information necessary for the transportation of goods to the logistics company or a third party if required by law. Mandlipood.ee logistics partners are Smartpost and Omniva.

  5. Email and phone number are used for sending direct marketing messages with consent, which can be opted out of by selecting the relevant link in the footer of the email or clicking on the corresponding link in the SMS message.

  6. Mandlipood.ee collects information about visitors such as the visitor's IP address, the time the page was visited, how the visitor came to the Mandlipood.ee page, how long they stayed on the website, etc. This information is used for compiling statistics to make Mandlipood.ee even better.

  7. When visiting the Mandlipood.ee online store, your web browser saves a temporary file (hereinafter: cookie) that allows saving product parameters and showing targeted advertisements (Google Remarketing). This is not linked to personal information and is completely anonymous. With the cookie, we can temporarily show you advertisements related to our products with the goal of bringing our best offers to you.

Changing, Deleting, and Transferring Personal Data

  1. The customer can access and change their personal data in the online store's user profile. If the customer does not have a Mandlipood.ee user profile, they can access their personal data through customer support.

  2. Upon closing the online store user account, all personal data and purchase history are deleted. If a purchase in the online store was made without a customer account, the purchase history is retained for 7 years.

  3. In the case of data related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data is retained until the claim is fulfilled or until the expiration of the limitation period (7 years).

  4. To delete personal data, contact customer support by email at info@mandlipood.ee. A response to the deletion request will be provided within 14 days.

  5. A response to the transfer request submitted by email will be provided within 14 days. Customer support will verify the identity of the person and inform about the applicable personal data for transfer.

Filing Complaints

  1. Mandlipood.ee is liable to the Consumer for any non-conformity or defects of goods sold that appear within two weeks from the delivery of the goods to the Consumer.

  2. If a defect appears on the goods, please stop using the goods.

  3. The replacement of defective goods is agreed upon between Mandlipood.ee and the Consumer. The costs of replacement are covered by Mandlipood.ee.

  4. Mandlipood.ee is not liable for defects in the product caused by the Consumer's fault, which have occurred as a result of improper storage or non-intended use of the product.

  5. In the case of non-conformity or defects of the product, please send a complaint to the email address info@mandlipood.ee, indicating the name of the order placer, contact phone, order number, and the exact description of the product's non-conformity or defect.

  6. A complaint about the non-conformity or defects of the product must be filed within two weeks from the discovery of the non-conformity or defect.

  7. All complaints are reviewed, and contact with the Consumer will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the complaint.

  8. The Consumer has the right to demand a reduction in the purchase price or termination of the contract and a refund for the goods if Mandlipood.ee online store is unable to replace the goods, the replacement of the goods fails, Mandlipood.ee online store has not remedied the defect of the goods within a reasonable time, or the Consumer has been caused unreasonable inconvenience.

Consumer Rights

If Mandlipood.ee has refused to resolve the Consumer's complaint or the Consumer disagrees with the solution offered by Mandlipood.ee and believes that their rights have been violated or their interests damaged, the Consumer may file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Commission through the Consumer Protection Board or to the court. The Consumer may file the complaint themselves or through a representative. Information about the Consumer Disputes Commission is available on the website of the Consumer Protection Board, and for resolving problems arising in the member states of the European Union, one can turn to the European Consumer Centre.
